“I’m a current customer and just made my first claim with Sumser/Erie. I was shocked at how easy and wonderful the entire process was! My sunroof on my 2020 XC90 cracked due to rocks flying up and causing damage. I spoke with my agent, Brandon McFarling, and he gave me quick and easy advice on what to do! So simple. I then called the 800 number and the woman on the phone was just as helpful and the whole process took MINUTES. I just received a reimbursement check in the mail today for the cost of replacing my sunroof. This whole process took less than a week! I could not be happier with Brandon or Sumser!
